I love, love Nordstrom Rack and so I went this weekend and ended up finding these cute DVF for Current/Elliot Jeans and a casual Topshop shirt and they were right within my budget! Yayy!
Topshop Shirt: $9.97

Pair it with a nice statement necklace, like this one (h&m $12.95) and some strappy heels (Steve Madden) and I think I'm ready for spring. 70 degree weather, where are you?!
